A long tie bar creates a handling problem before it creates a speed problem. Establish support points, center of gravity and the swept envelope through each machine opening. Include the gripper and any carried support in the load calculation.

Turning and polishing need separate ready signals and buffer rules. Build a service schedule for all seven process machines, including simultaneous completion and fault recovery; one 60 s exchange cannot establish line capacity.

No. It covers the reported exchange activity, while cutting, polishing, transfer and queuing determine output.
